In this 10 minute presentation Atil shares his tips on celebrating student success:
- Atil gathers student success stories and runs regular YouTube sessions celebrating the accomplishments of his students. He finds this celebration to be quite motivating for his learners.
- Atil runs a Discord community to build community amongst his learners. In this community learners are encouraged to ask and answer each others questions. Atil directs learners back to the official Udemy Q&A if theyβd like answers directly from him
- Many instructors use the Q&A and other student questions to iteratively improve their content. When instructors notice a commonly asked question theyβll create a video addressing the question and add it to the course.
